At Eco Balance PUR we only use approved raw materials for the manufacture of products for healthy housing. Plasticizers are not used in the production. Residues of wood and chips are returned to the production circuit. For the wear layer we use the highly developed material polyurethane, which gives the floor its incomparable properties. Eco Balance PUR consists predominantly of natural raw materials which we use sparingly and which are subject to constant control.
The carrier material in the Eco Balance PUR floors is highly compressed fibreboard, whose wood fibers originate from domestic sustainable forestry, and materials from the wood industry that can be recycled. The decorations are printed on certified paper with a high content of recycled materials and water colors based on heavy metal-free pigments. Polyurethane is a material without plasticizers which is widely used around us. Thus, for example, one finds it. in mattresses, upholstered furniture or car seats.
Packaging and laying
The laying is carried out without glue - resource-saving, without the use of additional glue, packaged in recycled paper and in foil, which again forms part of the recycling circuit. Healthy indoor climate Eco Balance PUR has low evaporation and contributes to a positive indoor climate for the whole family. Eco Balance PUR floors are extra comfortable to wear, as they are foot heat, slip resistant and, thanks to their elasticity, are gentle on the joints. A very special advantage of our floors is the eminent step and walk sound attenuation as a result of the PUR coating, which results in an optimal room acoustics, which is further enhanced by the natural fabric cork on the back.
Eco Balance PUR is distinguished by its extremely high durability with a long service life.
Replanting the forest
The forest is the basis of life - for people, animals and plants. Therefore, it is important to preserve this heritage for generations. Forest protection is active environmental protection: Eco Balance products are all certified by PEFC, the guarantor of a controlled processing chain and for the replanting of the forests concerned - monitored independently, fully documented and sustainable.
