Besma
Besma was founded in 1976 as a Danish family-owned and family-run niche company in the technical chemical industry and started by importing concentrates from an acquaintance in Heidelberg. The production conditions were simple and in rented premises i.a. at Havnepladsen in Vejle. The company first moved into its own, current administration and production premises in 1992. The premises have been approved by Vejle Municipality for the purpose of:
product development and production of environmentally friendly cleaning fluids and detergents primarily for industrial use in the machine industry, the automotive industry, aircraft cleaning, within
agriculture, fishing and horticulture, paint shops, camping and leisure boats, etc
The first environmental strategy was drawn up already in 1982 and has been followed up with environmental certification for the first time in 1999 and subsequently every 3 years, most recently in 2017 according to ISO 14001/2015.
Besma's environmental policy includes, among other things, to develop products and produce as few dangerous products as possible, but so that the cleaning fluids can meet the customers' needs.
The future is based on simple and fast communication. Therefore, Besma's website is intended as a simple and quick tool to find guidance for using the environmentally correct cleaning agents, e.g. Maxi 3 , and where you as end users can find product information and precise instructions for use for specific cleaning tasks and industries when it suits you.
Product development at the laboratory takes place continuously in line with customer wishes and/or in connection with new efficient and environmentally friendly raw materials that come on the market.
