Strong and sustainable
Woodura, is the patented technology that makes it possible to reinforce wood and use the whole wood as raw material. The wooden surface is pressed, under high temperature, onto a fiberboard that has been coated with a wood powder. The wood surface is compressed and the wood powder penetrates the wood surface from below. The result is a hardened wood that is several times stronger and harder than normal wooden floors. With Woodura you decorate with the most beautiful parts of the wood and the rest is used to make the floors last longer. Hardened wood is a real hardwood floor that gets scratched. It is important that you treat your wooden floor well and follow the installation instructions as well as care and maintenance.

Easy installation
Usually the wide planks are also thick. The technique of hardening wood makes it possible to make floors wide, but they remain thin, approx. 11 mm. You therefore do not need to change the height of your doors or make other expensive changes to your home.

Cleaning: Hardened wood products must be cleaned with Osmo maintenance products.
Cutting instructions: We recommend cutting tools with hand metal inserts when cutting floorboards.
Recommendation: Hardened wood floors are suitable for virtually any room in the home or business that is exposed to normal wear and tear (e.g. offices, waiting rooms or shops) but not suitable for wet or damp rooms, such as bathrooms and saunas.
Installation: The subfloor must be dry, even, firm and clean. The subfloor must only have irregularities of max. +/- 2 mm. measured over 2 meters. Over 2 mm. then the subfloor must be levelled. Installation instructions must be observed. Read it through before installing the floor.
