Floor warehouse leftovers and good deals

We often get the question: "Why are your leftovers so cheap?"

And we understand that, because the remaining lots are often greatly reduced compared to the recommended price. There may be several explanations for why the prices are so low. You can read a little more about that below:

  • The most obvious is that it is actually a leftover lot from a manufacturer, meaning that the floor has been taken from the standard range and we have bought up the remaining stock at an extra reduced price and can thus sell the product cheaper than usual.

  • It can come from an overproduction. In other words, more has been produced than the manufacturer can normally sell and therefore we are offered a larger lot of a standard product at a reduced price. In some cases the item will be sold under the standard item number, in others the item will be given a new item number.

  • It may be a removal from a production. The floor is sorted from the original production and gets its own item number. This typically happens because the play of colors, surface, sorting or something else deviates from the requirements for the original production. The floor then gets its own item number and is then sold at a lower price. The principle is exactly the same as when, for example, sorted massive wooden parquet. The pure product is "Select", the next "nature", the next "rustic", and the last "robust". Depending on how you look at it, it could also be called 1, 2, 3 and 4 sorting. What is important to emphasize here is that there is nothing wrong with the product, it just looks different from what it was originally produced for.

Common to all the goods in these categories is that the savings we achieve on the purchase, we pass on to you as a customer.

Important information when purchasing residual lots

What you need to pay particular attention to when you buy items from our leftover categories is:

  • It is not certain that you can reorder the item, and you must therefore be sure that you buy enough. Remember at the same time that you cannot return excess packages.

  • In some cases, the products are sold very quickly due to the very low price and it is therefore a good idea to act quickly.

  • It is not always that we have sample material available in our showrooms on all residual lots. It is therefore always a good idea to call and check if there is a sample before you leave home, if you are only coming to see a single product.
