Here you have the option to order the shipment to be re-delivered on a day that suits you better. To order re-delivery, you must use a waybill number and your postcode. You can find the waybill number on the document Delivery unsuccessfully attempted , which our driver has delivered to your mailbox. You can also simply state your order number. You write that in the comment field when ordering the return trip.
