The substrate must be clean, dry, firm and durable for painting.

Untreated plaster, concrete and aerated concrete must be firm and thoroughly dry (uniformly white dry), and free of fouling. Layers of sludge, pre-oils, waxes and curing agents, grease and the like must not occur on concrete surfaces and must be cleaned before treatment.
Professional Mikrodispers is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer. Do not apply the product at temperatures below +5 ºC or at high relative humidity (>80%). Do not apply the product in direct sunlight or when there is a prospect of precipitation or dew within 2 hours of application.
