TUPLEX's unique construction enables very efficient ventilation between the subfloor and the floor covering. The two layers of polyethylene in TUPLEX provide a very effective double vapor barrier, so that a separate vapor membrane is not necessary.
TUPLEX meets all requirements for step sound attenuation. Due to TUPLEX's great dimensional stability under loads, impact sound absorption is preserved forever.
TUPLEX is laid with extra length up the walls, after which the excess substrate is cut off after laying the floor.
