This post concrete is extremely suitable for casting posts for, for example, fences, swing stands and mailboxes. The only thing you have to do to get started with the casting is to add water to the concrete. After that, it will be ready for use.

Product features
Scan Stolpebeton is a factory-made dry concrete consisting of cement and kiln-dried quartz sand in varying grain sizes up to 8 mm stone.
Scan Stolpebeton is ready-mixed and only needs to be added with water. The product may vary in colour, but this is of no importance, as Scan Stolpebeton used for its purpose will not be visible.
Areas of application
Scan Stolpebeton is used for casting posts and posts made of iron, wood, concrete, etc. Suitable for casting mailbox consoles, swing stands, flagpoles, etc.
Mixing up
Pour the measured amount of water into the mixing bucket and then add the concrete powder. The concrete is mixed manually in a bucket/tub or with an electric mixer. The consistency must be soil moist.
Please note that there may be a difference in the required amount of water from bag to bag, just as varying shades of color may occur.
Execution of the work
The holes are dug to a frost-free depth of min. 90 cm. Place the post in the hole and pour the ready-mixed concrete down around the post. Plumb the post and install temporary bracing.
Compact the concrete around the post. After approx. After 1 day, the temporary bracing can be removed. Alternatively, the concrete powder can be poured directly into the hole and distributed around the post. Replace any the hole. The concrete will absorb moisture from the ground. This method is less stable than using premixed concrete, and is therefore not recommended for casting elements with requirements for stability.
Note
No casting is allowed during the winter period.
Uncured concrete cannot withstand frost. Ready-mixed concrete must be used within 45 minutes. No water or binders may be added when the concrete has been mixed.
