Instructions for use:
Preparation: The ceiling and wall must be smooth, level, dust-free and cleaned of loose wallpaper and paint. Irregularities are smoothed. The stucco should be installed before the ceiling and walls are finished painting or wallpapering. You can advantageously mark a line on the wall all the way around the room, at a distance corresponding to the height of the stucco edge. The setup should start in the least visible corner, as the pattern rarely fits all the way around.
Setup: When the stucco is fitted, glue is applied to the 2 adhesive surfaces of the stucco edges and to one end. Place the stucco edge along the line and press. If the wall or ceiling is not completely straight, you can advantageously place small divers along the line to support the edge. When the stucco is installed, the joint along the ceiling and wall as well as the joints is filled with stucco glue. Excess stucco glue is removed before it dries with a damp sponge. When setting up rosettes, the stucco glue is applied in lines at 5-10 cm intervals on the adhesive surface of the rosette, after which it is pressed into place. Also follow the stucco manufacturer's recommendations.
Consumption: 40-80 ml/m depending on the dimension of the edge
Finishing: After drying, Stuklim 296 can be painted over.
Cleaning: Tools are cleaned - and putty glue is removed - with e.g. hot water. Wash hands and skin with soap and water.
