The underlay is used as a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating underlay under floating vinyl floors. The underlay's high compressive strength is a whopping 500 kPa, thus ensuring extra good comfort under LVT floors with clicks, e.g. Impressive Designcore cork vinyl flooring. The surface has been tested and approved for use under office chairs.
