Therefore, it should be placed in large rooms, so that the beautiful, natural structure of the wood comes to its fullest on the large, unbroken surfaces. Producing such wide planks from one piece of wood places high demands on sorting and processing. To get a uniform surface throughout the plank, only trees are used that have had time to grow large and develop very thick trunks. The entire width of the tree is used, which is why several knots from the tree's branches also appear quite naturally. The knobs add a nice and more rustic appearance to the floor surface. The large plank width provides a minimum of joints on the floor surface, which is why Wideplanken has a very exclusive appearance.
